Anything But Ordinary Productions builds a team for each project. We are an ever changing ensemble, engaging with the community and encouraging children, adults and fellow professionals to experience the joy of theatre through performance and participation. The company structure embraces artists at all stages of their creative development, allowing those with professional training to lead and contribute towards the growth of rising talents. The goal is to create a celebratory message through the extraordinary and varied abilities of it group of performers.

ARTS FESTIVALS
..on the edge’ arts festivals are un-juried, uncensored and inclusive arts gigs that intentionally make the experience of seeing performance art exciting and fun. Creating a platform for dancers, actors, directors, comics, theatre artists and film makers ‘on the edge’ is open to anyone who wants to present their work in a spirited festival atmosphere. Presenting work at this type of event gives both the established and emerging performers the opportunity to produce works for an inquisitive audience. |

COMMUNITY PROJECTS
Are a place where people seek self expression, receive acknowledgement for their talents and discover a new purpose to their lives. It is about preparation as well as observation and can involve anything from an informal arts workshop on a Sunday afternoon to a fully staged production.
Professional practitioners, teachers, and directors lead Community Theatre Projects, often from the heart of their own communities creating memorable and thought provoking theatrical experiences that are affordable and accessible to all.
PRODUCTION
Anything But Ordinary Productions (ABOP) can oversee, orchestrate and unify all creative aspects of theatre production. Working with key individuals ABOP can offer; Theatre Direction, Choreographic Expertise, Artistic Concept and Interpretation of Text, Co-ordination of Research and Historical Relevance, Project Management, Marketing Strategy, and Production Consultancy. Partnering both professional and non professional organizations Anything But Ordinary Productions ensures the quality and completeness of the theatrical product.
WORKSHOPS & RESIDENCIES
Theatre that is dynamic and exhilarating with extraordinary performances create memories and fuel imaginations. Offering Related Arts Workshops and Residencies Anything But Ordinary Productions helps participants explore theatre and develop dramatic skills.
Workshops can be an intensive weekend courses or last for a period of weeks. Youth and Theatre In Education Projects are designed to develop confidence and self-esteem, a sense of community, discipline, and leadership skills by immersing students in the performing arts. Outreach Community Projects actively engage new audiences. |
